Wholly Smokin' Downtown - Florence

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! I placed an order at 9:00 in the morning to be delivered by Door Dash in the afternoon as a gift. However, when Door Dash arrived, they said their app was down and they had no record of the order. Door Dash cancelled the order and informed me. When I contacted the restaurant, they did not offer any compensation or assistance in getting the food delivered. They showed no concern for the situation. This lack of care for customers is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

After browsing through various menus, we decided to sit at the bar. The bartender, Devin, was exceptional with her recommendations and made a fantastic Manhattan cocktail. We had a great time chatting with her - she was very skilled and professional. Thank you, Devin, for your great suggestions! We will definitely come back if we are in Florence again.

The food and service at this restaurant were outstanding. The cornbread had a perfect balance of spice and sweetness, while the house salad was delicious. The brisket was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed everything and the service was quick as well.
