Outback Steakhouse - Florence

Ordered the sirloin and bloomin chicken with a house salad and loaded baked potato. The steak was tough to chew, and I couldn't finish it. The baked potato had almost no toppings on it, and the salad didn't have enough dressing to even half cover the lettuce. Was very disappointed.

To high ,not much food, dull atmosphere, not Australian looking, or much Australian food. Was a big let down

No one should ever be asked to move after they have received their food and then moved to a nasty section. My wife's personal space was repeatedly violated. We had to leave to avoid a confrontation. This is not how people should be treated.

The quality of food is ridiculous. The crust on the steak was hard to cut but raw in the middle when asking for med rare. Say they will fix your steak but comes with an air of guilt tripping and irritation from staff. Price for this quality of food is a huge miss. Disappointed we made this our stop before a long drive home. Had no issue with the waitress until she was nasty at the end. I don 't cook the food! I 'm aware. Asked for it to be fixed and the next lady who brought the fixed steak back was irritated with us. Felt like it WAS a problem and not with the waitress till she brought the bill. They take everything off your bill? What to keep you from writing a review? Still wasted my time and patience here.

My sister and 6 other family members arrived at outback at 5:55pm. They got a table for 9 because my husband and I were on our way there. We arrived, they had already waited 20 minutes on a table by the time we arrived. We waited another 30 minutes. I went up to see about how much longer we were going to have to wait considering it was getting late. We finally got seated then we were given bread 10 minutes later the waitress came to get our drink order. Finally got our drinks and ordered our food we ordered an appetizer a blooming onion. It came out and we were eating it and the waitress came by and asked if we needed anything we said napkins because we had nothing on the table no utensils and the onion was extremely greasy. We asked for napkins 3 times and utensils twice. When we ordered the 2 childrens chicken fingers, we ordered 1 with honey mustard and ranch ,and we ordered one with ketchup only. We had to ask multiple times for ketchup and ranch. My steak was medium rare when I asked for medium well. The whole experience was ridiculous at best I have to work in the morning and we live an hour away I would have much rather not been up there eating and not leaving until 845 from supper. If it hadn't of been for my sister's birthday we wouldn't have been up there I would have gladly been at home and not had subpar food and really awful service. The waitress could have easily gotten a really good tip off of the 9 person table we had but we paid for shitty service and pathetic food. The only thing of mine that was good was the fries
