Cute place kitchen simple service courteous but little professionalism

Overall we had a good experience. The waitresses seem inexperienced. We arrived late but asked for our table. One waitress went to check and said they had no reservations for 2 people at 8pm. We let it go and sat and ordered. The mix fried food was good. The hamburgers were good but it seemed that they confused the sauces on our burgers. But they were still good. We went to pay at the bar, and the man was nice. We mentioned our problem about the reservation and he found it. We got the discount no problem, good selection of beers

The food is very good and the pricing not high, the service is a bit slow though. Drinks aren't cheap like almost anywhere in italy. Overall the location isn't bad and give a nice atmosphere.

Not great service I'm afraid. They do however do a selection of food. But they have a young loud crowd. Florence still needs to have a proper gastro pub and waiters and waitresses need to widen up a bit.
