Bidrage med feedbackMy fiancée and I have been in the rocky gap resort (21-25 september) for a long weekend and we have been signed on the day. so far we had a great and friendly service from all employees. in particular william (will) smith has gone beyond and beyond in every sight, a server can! he served us on the second day at rg, but not our third day there. Nevertheless he came by to say hi and make sure everything went smoothly because he had recognized us from the day before. Moreover, there was a drop in current during our meal, but he ensured that we still had fresh frits (our batch was delayed due to the outage somewhat) despite everything that is going on. he is really management material and deserves a promotion! she wants to ask sure if he is available, they will not regret it! that is not even to mention the food! it is difficult to find a nice balance between delicious dressed and outdated trips. inscriptions meets a sweet spot where eating is good, but not too expensive. I love el diablo burger, great for the spicy lover! my fiancée and I love their tabasco Mayo sauce. I promise it will change how they experience their eating, but especially their pommes. in serious, thick the ketchup and try the riders with the tabasco mayo. it's a game changer!
3.3 to be exact. great service, decent eating, excellent dr. pepper. I have a cheese steak, was in order, steak to bread ratio was a little whack tho, add another steak! total good experience!
I hate to publish bad reviews because I know how hard it is to run a successful business, especially during the post-covid periods with personal shortage etc. Unfortunately, my recent experience at signatures was terrible. most employees are neglected, we waited for the hostess over 10 minutes, while waiters after the waiter came past us without a look and it could be cleaner. it's really regrettable, because it could be a really nice facility if everything was to be pardoned. I sincerely hope they can pull it together.
Got Chicken Tenders on Monday Evening 6/21/21 and they were not like the ones I had there before. Used to be big tenders these were like strips and were really hard and burnt. The fries are not bad. Tuesday Afternoon on 6/22/21 went and got the Sig's Classic Burger everything was good but roll was warmed up and got burnt as I bit into it but not to much. Told women about tenders on Tuesday and acted like she didn't care just wondering what we were gonna order. Place could use a change with lots of things.
The food and drinks are good. The chicken strips are a favorite of ours. Really didn't dislike anything we've eaten before. However, the service is a mess (similar to LB's). Employees passing by without greeting. Waited for a bit for attention then told finally that another person would help me. We now call orders in and pick up and even that was interesting. The only time I noticed great service and hospitality was when a young woman who is/was the supervisor for food and beverage. I wish she was there all the time-she is the best example of the type of person who should work in the service industry.
