Spavens Sweet Shop - Flintshire

The dessert options at this restaurant are fantastic. I enjoyed bringing my dad along, as he was overwhelmed by the choices. I always make sure to get my favorite treat, the licorice and banana monkeys.

Booked a table here as a surprise for my husband on his birthday as he is a big kid at heart. Had pancakes and icecream. Absolutely delicious and really spoilt for choice. Hot chocolate like a dessert too. Still managed to find room for a bag of sweets . For people of a certain age it is like re visiting your youth. Cola cubes and sour apples certainly a blast from the past. Great for kids young and old.

This was always a newsagents, but years ago, started a transformation into a sweet shop where children have a wonderful time, creating their own art and ceramics. A really unique place which all the children in our family have loved. Can have pancakes/crepes whilst they are there as well.

My daughters first real birthday party since lockdown. The party was amazing. Fantastic attentive staff, great food and service. Thank you for making our daughter so happy. Superb venue for Children's parties. Thank you so very much. Xx

This restaurant is fantastic. The display of traditional sweets as you enter is a sight to behold. It's sure to bring out the inner child in you! The ice cream is superb with delicious flavors. It's definitely a place worth visiting with kids or as an adult for a nostalgic trip down memory lane.
