Ihop - Flagstaff

We stopped here after a fun weekend in Flagstaff on our way home. We had 5 adults and 3 kids, so 8 total people. We put in our name and waited close to an hour before I went in to check if they had missed our name (the lobby was packed so we had to wait outside). They said they called us, but apparently all 5 adults missed it. After being seated we had to wait 15 minutes until somebody took our drink order. We got the feeling the person serving us wasn't even doing our section, but noticed how long we had been waiting and stepped up. Once the food was served, we complained that an appetizer we had ordered to come out before the food was missed and an omelet that one of us order was made completely wrong. Afterwards it was like pulling teeth to get the waiter's attention to get our friends order corrected and it took the kitchen so long to replace his food everyone else was done eating so there was no point in getting it. After everything the manager eventually comped 1/2 the meal, but the service was so bad I will never go back. One of us, who worked as a server, was appalled, claiming she could have served the whole restaurant herself, since the IHOP was at half capacity due to covid.

Its been closed for over a year now but they refuses to let people know! Ya should probably fix that

Crappy service and crappy food. The server was very rude and he literally threw silverware on the table. And the food was also burnt and stale.

My Family and I were just passing through Flagstaff as we made our way from Tucson, AZ to Spokane, WA. We decided to eat at IHOP because the ones in Tucson have always been great but we had a horrible experience here and if I could give negative stars I would! We came in a party of 8 and since we walked in we were treated poorly. I understood that we had a big group so we would have to wait for a table to accommodate us but we waited over an hour and the male manager kept overlooking us. We finally got seated and the waitress was rude and we had to repeat our order to her like 3 times, it was like she didn 't even care about what we were trying to order. We waited about 45 minutes for the food and the order came out missing stuff. All of the food was burned, the chicken strips were so burnt that the chicken part turned crisp, the mozzarella sticks were cold and spongy though like if they weren 't deep fried right. We brought it to the managers attention and he didn 't even care and just walked away after saying well what do you want me to do about it? While he was in the back in when we saw the poorly cooked mozzarella stick so we brought that to attention to and he told my sister in law, What do you want from me? Nothing we do is good enough! and walked away. So we got all of our stuff together and just left. It was so disgusting, I might not ever go to any IHOP ever again! We left and went to Cracker Barrel, way better food and customer service.

The IHOP here in Flagstaff of S Beulah is ok, nothing special. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The oj I ordered was quickly brought out and had my menu when I sat. The only problem was eating. The agitator was okay and tasted like eggs. The hash browns were muddy and thick in the middle. The outside was cooked nicely, but the inside ruined it. The bacon was a bit too crispy for me, but good. The sourdough was crispy, but not excessively roasted. A decent meal, but not the best.
