La Capanna - Firenze

I am living in Florence temporarily and this restaurant is around the corner. The food is fantastic and the owner is a very nice person. That is all I need. Good food and nice people. The pasta bolognese, pasta with wild boar and the veal is amazing.

Best food I had in Italy. Try the ossobuco it falls off the bone and you don’t even need a knife to eat it. Delicious food and great owner !!

We are finishing a 3 night stay in Florence staying at the amazing Orto de Medici hotel. Our first night, based on trip Advisor reviews, we went to this restaurant which was not far from the hotel. We had the melt in your mouth osso bucco, carbonara, and mixed salad. It was all delicious and very reasonably priced. The owner was wonderful. This was our best dinner during our stay.

With my family we went to this xkė trattoria is part of the celiac association. Small but very nice and cozy place, as the owner really very kind, nice and helpful. we ate outside a bit noisy but it was intuitive that it was. we ate very well, bakery steak still concentrated on the plate, pizza, lasagna and rice with gluten-free ragu x my celiac daughter. everything served fast and well. I'll gladly return to this trattoria if I have to happen.
