Foster's Hollywood Picasso - Finestrat

I recommend this place to no one! The staff need seriously guidende in service, smiling and in general run a place. Some of the food was allright, but a lot of it was no good. We complained for (only) one course which came about 30 min after the rest of us had finished, cause it tasted terrible. They would not meet our complain, they underlined we had to pay for it. The drinks and the milkshakes were coming with too many minutes apart, no good! They dont speak english, so that makes it a total circus for foreigners. Go somewhere Else!

They rushed us in sat us down ordered our food bot giving us time to look at the menu,while the starter was on the table my friend's burger arrived i then waited another 10 mins for my food to arrive and when it did it was cold and not properly cooked. They took it away to sort out mean while my friend has already finished her food so we both ended up eating alone. Took ages to get a refill. They did not offer a discount or apologise for the cold food. I use to come here alot but I will not be returning as the service was terrible.

Most of food, other then the starter came out cold and when I made the staff aware, all I was greeted with was hostility and attitude. I asked for the meals that was inedible to be removed off the bill and again, I received attitude back. The part was when I paid, she threw the receipt at me then walked off. I’ve never known service like this ever. When we got up to leave she even muttered something to us.

La comida rica, nos atendió Raquel y genial, era su primera vez haciendo una comanda y lo hizo genial. No pongo las 5 estrellas porque el cavatappi no picaba aún pidiéndolo con la búfalo. El foster más grande en el Que he estado, y soy bastante fan de la marca
