Rally's - Fenton

Took my 2 neices out tonight. We dined inside.. met Jacob S. And Parker S. Excellent service..they had personality ? and food was perfect..it was later in evening and they were cleaning. I asked what time they closed..and they both were very nice and said no worries..take your time enjoy. Give these guys a free donut or something! Bravo. This great service is rare and should be noted and recognized ?

This negative of this review is more about Rallys, in general, while the positive is for this location.The positive:CleanVery friendly staffThe negative:It all tasted like cheap, cafeteria food. The mozzarella sticks are blah, the marinera cheap. The fries are gross and the burger was a waste of money. This is cheap food at normal pricing. I was really upset and disappointed in just how bad Rally's is. To reiterate, if you like Rallys, you will like it. The store is a good one in that way.

10/27/23 2:42p So sad when the host (Jace) is so unfriendly that it makes you feel uncomfortable. This young lady should not be waiting on customers. This behavior is extremely unprofessional. If your life is so miserable find a job that doesn’t require you to deal with the public or stay in the back.

Only took this bite box that almost no frits a clear day old chicken that was hard.. Thanks for wasting this working dad's money
