Dunkin' - Fayetteville

Great tasting drinks. Probably the best Dunkin' taste wise but the drive through was SO slow. Took 10+ minutes from the order board to the window and then instill had to wait at the window for them to make my drinks.

I'm a bit disappointed. I ordered a Strawberry/Dragonfruit refresher and it was waterdowned too much. My best frie d ordered a Black Iced Coffee with Mocha Swirl and she said said it was waterdowned too. We ordered a croissant with turkey and bacon wrapped and shared it and even though the croissant was flaky and buttery, we swear there was only 1 bag in strip and the turkey was only 1 slice too. What a disappointment.

Looks really nice now! But why are y’all already out of everything already!? Every time I go ur out of something I want. Also the new app suckkkks

The place to go if you want a 30 ounce Latte and get a whole 16 ounces in exchange. I love ice and cool whip!! Also , Expect a front end alignment in the drive thru and hit or miss good customer service.

New renovations look nice, but the last few times I have been it has taken between 25 and 30 minutes to get through the line. It’s crazy to see people have to pull out of line after ordering, park, and go in to get their food/drinks because it’s taking so long in the drive through line.. and you don’t have the option of pulling out of line and leaving because once you’re in line, you’re a hostage in that parking lot. Today I pulled out of line after 35 minutes and still 3 cars before I reached the window. I could have easily still been there for another 15-20 minutes based on how slow that line was moving…
