Came yesterday and ordered Diner for the Fam. I admit it was a bigger order, but I checked my bag. And two meals were missing. So I called and informed the staff to whom they said, because I checked after I pulled from there, nothing they could do. So I went back and paid for the two I was a failure and went on my day. We love Chikfil One, but this experience makes me think for the next time.

I ordered a chicken sandwich menu and a chicken nuggets menu. I paid $14 and only got the chicken nuggets meal. When she asked what happened to my other meal, the woman told me it was ripped off?. I didn't even want to argue, so I just left. I'm not sure how to cancel an order, and I'm not sure why I was charged for it. I don't want to come back. Disappoint.

Friendly staff, delicious hot food, fast line. I mean, come ooonnn, how much more perfect can you possibly be? Pssst, I love you Chila-fil-a ?

Very good food and wonderful staff. Wasin't backed up even when there were a lot of people.
