Bojangles - Fayetteville

The staff was rude. I went in the drive through line. When I was handed my food and drinks the lady had the worst look on her face and she turned her back as she was handing me my bag. On top of that they didn?t give me my sauce so I had to park and go inside. The cashier who gave me my sauce had attitude also. It was visible on her facial expression. Rudeness and customer service don?t mix.

Food was decent. I couldn?t get the kids meal bc they were out of legs. They couldn?t sub a thigh so I just got a dinner meal with Mac n cheese and fries. Got home, opened the box and no Mac n cheese.

Was told we had to wait for 10minutes for chicken sandwich fries. 15 minutes later we got a flat soda, soggy fries 2 of the worlds worst chicken sandwiches. Paid almost $15 for food that we couldn?t eat for fear of food poisoning. The lettuce definitely had clear signs of rot. The chicken was overcooked, dried out burnt. ???? Usually I am a huge fan of Bojangles but this was just a health hazard through through.

I've never been so disdained in my life. the administrator in the service (amir) avoids a conversation with me regarding my order, which was confused bc he sooo busy (on the phone with a personal conversation). his customer service skills are absolutely terrible.

Nice girl at the window, but they were out of cinnamon twists and cinnamon, the chicken was tiny tiny tiny and dark brown, over cooked, and half the fries had been double fried and were not edible. The dirty rice was good and the biscuit was good.
