The waitress was very rude and pasta alla norma was awful, too much oil and mold on the ricotta. Not recommended, I’m surprised on how this restaurant is still open. Worst customer service: We arrived at 12:40 pm and were told that we were too early, that the kitchen would have opened at 1 pm. I mean, that’s fine, I know most of restaurants in Sicily work in this way but just the way the lady told us, wasn’t very nice. I’m willing to be your customer, not asking you for a favour. But that’s fine, she was pretty upset (I assume for personal reasons — I know this happens sometimes, we’re humans overall). Of course I would have never written a bad review for that reason, it’s just what happened next that made things worse. The lady cane to take our our order: I chose a €12 menu that included a starter, I told the lady I was vegetarian and asked if there could be something without meat. It seemed like she was in a hurry, she was super quick and went away saying “the starter comes with meat, you can take it off yourself”. That was very rude! Even in fast foods they treat customers better! I was in a restaurant and paying for the service. Fine. I got the starter and had to take the meat off myself as enforced by the lady. I had picked pasta alla norma as a meal and, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I noticed mold on the ricotta. I didn’t not want to complain, and I’m aware that maybe I should have... but I was tired, hungry and sick of being in that place. I took off the greenish ricotta and ate the rest of the pasta. I know this is my experience and maybe it wasn’t a great day for the staff too but mine was a horrible experience and I would never recommend this place. If you decide to go for it, I hope you’ll have a better experience but if you hear me, just go somewhere else.
The pizza are MONSTROUS I took a Capriciosa, it was full of water, had to use all the napkins of the table to fix it, there was f Knacki on it (super salty), cheese was elastic and indigestible. Couldn't finish a quarter. And coperto is 2,5€, which is high to me.
Rompo una lancia a favore della cameriera bionda con i capelli corti, che “solo” ha ben gestito il servizio ai tavoli, per lo più tutti occupati. friggere ottimo pesce, il taglio di tonno al busiate di sesamo con ragù di tonno, gli spaghetti allo scarico. tempo di attesa 15/20 minuti. prezzi medi.
I primi hanno portato molto grande ma la qualità è molto bassa, infatti nella parte rocciosa del pesce parer mio è stato parzialmente congelato, c'è da dire che solo il primo è sufficiente per saziare 2 persone. il cous cous con la zuppa di pesce, situato al di fuori della stanza di cubicolo, nonostante nemmeno le 20:00 è stato detto che era finito. la griglia di gamberi e scampi era pesce fresco ma ha un prezzo esagerato rispetto al pesce servito infatti per 25 euro ci hanno portato 3 gamberi e 2 scampi, 5 euro per pezzo. Forse sono stati catturati in un cratere lunare? Eppure il pesce qui non spreca. Capirei che eri in Texas. il servizio è veloce e cortese. grazie ma a quelle figure opteremo per altri ristoranti.
