Waterloo Restaurant Bar - Fasnia

Beautiful setting for our return visit. They pushed the boat out for my wife's birthday and the food was again excellent and the service great. Really enjoyed it and will return a third time before we leave. Excellent food, the prawns were beautifully firm, the fish quite delicious. One of the very best in Tenerife.

This restaurant had been recommended to us, so we called in thinking we might have a meal. The location is stunning right on the waterside so that you can see the waves craching on the rocks below. The owners were welcoming and we ordered drinks. We were not too impressed by the menu dozens and dozens of choices, which to me suggests catering packs rather than freshly prepared food. The smell of old cooking fat in the air also put us off. We ordered cocktails mojitos which tasted dreadful, so having paid the bill we left, disappointed, for another establishment. Shame.

Food was fabulous. View over the ocean and the sunset was magical. I'd highly recommend this restaurant

This restaurant is tucked away at the end of a pedestrian walkway and could not be closer to the sea, the welcome is always good and the food is excellent. We visited the restaurant for the first time a couple of years ago and now go anytime we are in Tenerife. The menu is quite varied however the Zarzuela (Fish Stew) is absolutely superb and a must for seafood lovers. I can also recommend the steaks which are sizable. we highly recommend this restaurant it is a cut above the norm.
