Outback Steakhouse - Farmington

Waited over an hour for our food, potatoes came out hard as a rock, so then brought us sweet potatoes instead that were obviously microwave cooked and looked like something I would not even feed my dog. manager gave us a gift card for our next visit to make up for the horrible experience. Guess what?? the gift card she gave us had expired the day before !! Wow! Way to go won't be going back here for a very very long time

The food was actually really great. Probably best meal I've had at Outback in a long time. Usually I have to send my plate back. But we had 7 people and everything was great. The reason for the 3 stars is there was literally a few people in there and it took forever to get served. We waited for quite some time. Spent almost 2 hours to get in and get served. The Brussels sprouts were sitting in a too much grease I couldn't eat it. My friends 16oz T-bone steak was cold when it came to our table and we sent it back to be warmed up. ????The 6oz outback steak I had was delicious.???? The salad and rice were good. James was a good server.
