Apollo Diner - Farmingdale

In a nutshell, ordered my food in the Bountiful drive-thru, was asked to wait in a pickup spot that was already occupied. Waited 30 minutes in a different stall and wasn’t served. Went back through the drive-thru and spent 12-15 minutes waiting while the staff did the equivalent of nothing. Finally just asked for a refund, which they gave me with a box of cold food that did not resemble my order....my dog enjoyed the pastrami burger FYI. 0 stars for customer service, 0 stars for effort.

I got a side salad. got home and opened it up. the lettuce was brown. there was 1/2 of water in the bottom.. no cucumbers or tomato. I got tarter sauce instead of ranch. I called to let them know to check their salads. I wasnt gonna drive back for $2.50. I was hung up on twice. horrible service. horrible food. so disappointed. 3 strikes and now we wont go back

Love this place. The people there are friendly and will help you in any way you need. The food is excellent. I highly recommend this establishment. You will not be disappointed.

Waited for my dooordash order employees were just standing there talking

This is how your 3300 south location upsells a large shake. I feel like filling a small cup up and then putting it into a large cup is not a large shake. Horrible business model legit will never go to this location again
