They are a group of thieves, not a hotel. The air conditioning does not work and the breakfast is bad. I warn you not to visit it

They are scammers. At check-out they accuse you of having stolen a bathrobe and blackmail you into calling the police. To avoid problems we asked the cost of the bathrobe and guess how much they ask?? 30 euros, impressive. Not recommended... not worth the visit (gym always closed) poor breakfast only savory. It is okay, but can improve in many ways. I think its normal to get clean towels after you used them apperantly you only get them after 4 days. Same counts for the beds, you can not smoke inside wich is normal but maybe important to know. You also shouldnt drink at the bar here because for some reason 50% of the time you get a warm drink, when you conplain about it you will here next time better (if somebody came to me i will just give a cold drink and dont charge it). The clean lady is very nice and works hard but is desperatly in need for some co-workers. Maybe time to save up for some airconditioning and more staff. The breakfast is really acceptable and worth going too tho, the hotel is located just outside Tirana but the centrum is 10 minuts wity a taxi so its a fine hotel for couples who are just there to sleep and eat breakfast.
