Chefs from Nepal and Vietnam develop varied and tasty specialties with fresh vegetables that come from the fast Bach market on site. The real attraction of this place is the spectacular sunset over the Arafura Sea. Do not miss a visit to enjoy the Darwin Outdoor experience best. Very family friendly with pool and playground for children to use for free.

I tried the vegan wrap (I believe it was beetroot hummus) at this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was no longer on the menu. Instead, I almost ordered the burger, but the lovely lady at the counter suggested the Momos so I decided to give them a try. And I'm so glad I did! They were absolutely delicious, with just the right amount of spice and packed with flavor. The presentation was beautiful and it made for a wonderful dining experience.

I was very impressed by TBC. The vegan food was delicious, especially the laksa and the vegan special of banana blossom tacos. Both dishes were divine. There is a small salad bar where you can choose from various veggie and vegan options like Cous-Cous, beans, and a green garden salad. The service is quick, no matter how busy it gets, although we did have to wait for a table. Please note that you can only reserve tables if you are a member.

I ordered the rainbow salad at this bistro and found it to be an average meal. However, there were plenty of other options available, including a vegan special of the day. The cocktails were amazing, and the views, especially during sunsets, were absolutely gorgeous.

Some good vegan options (and they’ve added a few more over the years), no funny looks.
