Joe's Pizza Pasta - Fairview Heights

It's just… SO DANG GOOD. Chicago Style pizza without the drive. Amazing Italian in the last place you'd expect it.

Before moving to Illinois, I researched the“Best” pizza in my area. Took 6 months to try all 10 pizzas; but I fully endorse Joe's Pizza and Pasta as The Best of the bunch. Their sauce is sweet without being too much. Pizza crust is just thick enough to support their generous toppings. Wife ordered their stuffed shells. I’ve been here twice and I’m a pizza fanatic. This is real pizza. Deep dish pizza with great sauce and toppings. People were friendly. Outside of the Hill in STL and Chicago, this is where you can get authentic real pizza. Not that bland IMO’s pizza.
