Bob Evans is Bob evans, it's a chain, so hit and miss food, and hit and miss service. Like opening a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get. Ordered on line for delivery as tired after driving all day. I called the restaurant after ordering as I had never ordered on line before to ask if they included cutlery as we were staying at the hotel across the street I was assured they always do. The order was picked up for delivery (per a notification) to our hotel about 5 minute walk across the street it arrived no more than 0 minutes afterward. Our dinners were stone cold and no cutlery to be found I called the restaurant. Spoke to e manager who said he could “try” to get a refund from the S delivery company. I Said no way was it their fault as our dinners had to have left the restaurant cold besides I told him I ordered it from the Bob Evans website not DoorDash. He said he could make us up new dinners (it’s now pas 7pm) but had no way of delivering again. I said no I wanted a refund. As I wasn’t about to go out in the dark in a strange neighbourhood now Poor service , very small portions and not really caring about our experience. I won’t be going to Bob Evans again anytime soon.
