Asian Bistro - Fairfax

Asian Bistro is a nice fusion restaurant. Food was good and the service was very nice. I like Kanom jeep for my appetizer. Also, their sushi rolls are amazing! Kamikaze roll is my favorite.... yummy!

I have been going here since it opened and have always had a positive experience. The pad see ew is as my mother would make it when I was growing up. The sushi is always fresh and delicious. Our family always enjoys eating there.

I agree with other posters that this is indeed excellent sushi. The fish is top notch, with generous portions. I think the Yellowtail nigiri here is the best I have ever had, and I have been to my share of sushi joints around the world. The New Mexico roll is excellent, both in presentation and flavor. I am also partial to their Tom Ka soup, which, perhaps because of the coconut milk base, is made to be far too sweet by many restaurants. Not here it has bite, a little sourness, and isn't too oily. The Lunch buffet is just OK, but I don't care because I always order sushi or something off the menu.

In our visit to Fairfax , found this restaurant from google. Free parking available around . Ordered Bengali Fish curry and Tandoor Roti, it comes with well cooked flavored Rice. It was a wonderful and delicious meal with nice ambiance. Staff very professional and courteous.

We were actually scheduled to have dinner at another restaurant. On reaching there, I was told that the wait was one hour. So I searched up for another restaurant. The choice offered was Bollywood Bistro. Being an avid contributor myself, I respect the views and ratings posted by me fellow reviewers. Our dinner experience was just fabulous! Starting from the the maitre d', the table staff, to the owner (who stopped by to say hello and check on our experience), it was just awesome! We ordered samosa (nice, large flaky potato stuffed aromatic delight), lassi, daal Makhni, roti, and bhindi subzi every item was very well made. The dishes were extremely aromatic and not floating in oil. The roti was freshly made. We were just too full to indulge in any dessert items Having eaten in so many restaurants world wide, this night clearly stands out as an experience we will remember. Dishes are all priced very well. Little did we know that they have been in business for a long time. I look forward to going back with my larger family in the near future.
