Bidrage med feedbackI love, love, love this taco bell, great for lunch and dinner, customer service is wonderful. I live in beavercreek and come here to eat because I love? the personal and the atmosphere that the personal is wonderful the customer service is beautiful and they strive and work hard to ensure that their order is correct and then presentation how they prepare the eating is beautiful.
Fairborn toco bell could also be close. Every time I go there, the computer system crashes, or they are made of bark or chicken. probably just talk out because the workers are too lazy to do their job.
Lady at the front window was very rude. 10. juni 2022 at 12:30 o'clock. husband has forgotten to order my cheese on the loudspeaker so that he ordered it in the window and she has a bad attitude with it. the management should not allow their employees to speak with such a military personnel.
Eating is not what it was before. the Burrito upper was in the round a bean borrito with salate. hubby ordered a Burrito superprem with a taco and received a red burrito, not a highest. is not ordered here again. we gave them two chances. I'm sorry, too, because I really liked her to eat.
Staff needs retrained. Made an app order, which included a slushie. Got to the window and was told the machine wasn 't working. I said to replace it with a Pepsi. When I asked about the difference in cost the girl said there was none. I said yes a Pepsi is cheaper than a slushie. She said what do you want me to do? Uhmm, give me the difference. She gets the manager who comes to the window quite aggressively. She waves a dollar around saying most customers don 't make such a big deal out of a dollar. I said well it 's my dollar and if you don 't have what I ordered, I 'd like it back. She said we can settle this. I 'm calling the police. I was baffled but happy to greet the police because I literally had no clue where the aggression from the employees was coming from. Manager instead called her GM who told her to refund me. Once she opened the window again I explained that all I needed was the dollar back, I was more than happy to pay for the price of the Pepsi. At that point the manager looked like she felt silly and apologized. I don 't know what was said to the manager from the first employee, but she did come to the window quite aggressively. After I was able to explain the story she seemed to calm down. However this seems to be an issue with employees and management not knowing how to handle an issue and threatening to call the cops on customers. If that is how you would like to waste the community resources, go for it. But I think a simple retraining would help tremendously.
