The Crepery - Fairbanks

Went here twice. Had the vegan veggie crepe and caprese one. Both very good.

Stopped here after a long day of delays in travel. They have a dedicated menu for vegan options. I had the vegan Nutella, walnuts and bananas. My daughter had a berry one vegetarian)Both were delicious. Highly recommend when in Fairbanks. Staff was extremely friendly. Great patio also to enjoy your food.

Glad we found this place! Not many veg options in Fairbanks so we stopped here twice. A few different vegan options and the staff is very friendly. We got both sweet and savory. Both were delicious, but the reason for 4 not 5 stars is due to them being a bit light thin. There is usually a decent line (though it moves quickly and you are watching them make the crepes. We consistently saw the non-vegan crepes were more filled thicker than our vegan ones. If they'd load up the veggies a bit more, they'd get 5 stars. :

Although I do wish they were a bit more filling. The vegan crepe came up a little light feeling

Both savory and sweet vegan crepes are fantastic and so delicious!! We were so happy to find this place in Fairbanks! Customer service was also great.
