McDonalds - Fairbanks

A star because it is literally the lowest I will give. The burger was made in the box halfway from the bungalow itself. I'm pretty sure it spit too. I worked at McDonalds, and even then I've never seen a sandwich make it bad.

So I went to this McDonald to grab a quick bite, and although they were technically open, both the ride through and dining room were closed. They only made online orders. Now I don't know about you, but I don't try to download an app, just sit on the parking lot that knows how long I wait to get my food. Either it is so that the store is open or closed, these half-open jumping though Hoops to get food is much too much and I have no reason to go back.

I wanted to get a smoothie for my friend... got the wrong taste.... I mentioned it did not see the correct color and asked if they were sure that it was the taste I ordered. I was sure it was the mango, whatever combo smoothie... I took it to her work and was informed that it was bananas... trying to take it back and be treated as if I were trying to pull a quick... I had my receipt and an unspoiled drink... just finished 2 more.... provided they looked like the same (banana) that I had before...again was guaranteed that it was mango...again, it wasn't....these drinks are not cheap...the quick pulled on whom here.

Do you enjoy spending 20, 30, or even 40 minutes waiting in a drive through line? Do you need an occasional reminder that fast food was a mistake and you should give up on it forever? If so, this store has you covered. If neither of those apply to you then you'll want to avoid this one.

Just don't botherThe few times I've been here, service is super slow, unhelpful and just no good.
