College Town Pizzeria - Fairbanks

Adios Teo! I just moved back to Fairbanks and decided to go College Town Pizzeria tonight. I was so happy to see that the old man finally sold the place. His son Teo was certainly dragging the place down. I am so happy to see the place alive again. I started eating here when it was Dawghouse Pizza up at the saloon 17 years ago. But a few years ago Teo took over and from there it went downhill. But now there has been new life pumped back in the place. I had a Dawg Combo and it was better than it's been in years. The service was pretty good and the staff were friendly. <br/ <br/ I am so glad to find out that my most favorite pizza joint in the world is back on track and in the hands of someone who actually cares about the pizza and the customers. Keep up the good work. I give you two thumbs up.

My son was competing at the college and, of course, was starving to death. So, I came down the hill and got him a pizza. I loved the traditional style of the pizza. Crust had a great crunch without being tough or tasting like cardboard. The toppings had lots of flavor to them. I think it was the best pizza I have had since moving to Alaska.

It was so so. I don't recommend pizza by the slice, it's pretty dry. It was a nice place, will have to try it again

YUM!. College Town is ALASKA pizza, and it's amazing. If you want NY pizza go to New York! They make it nice and BURNT. Love this place and the family : Good salads, pizza, beer, and amazing gelato!

I enjoy stopping it here and catching a short piece. the people are friendly, it is affordable, and it is really good! I don't know what you could ask. I can't speak for the service if you order whole pizza. I can offer constructive criticism at the inner. either deep clean or repaint the walls and get rid of the sticky aquarium TV thing.
