KFC-Hawaii - ‘Ewa Beach

It's a small little mexican restaurant in Waipahu. Staff is very friendly. Food tastes really delicious. This is my third time coming to this restaurant. Their shrimp enchiladas were very tasty. It came with rice and beans. Portion size was a little small for what you pay for. My wife ordered the tostadas with hamburger, and it wasn't to my liking. Their hamburger mixture has peas in it in which I felt didn't match. The Birria tacos is amazing! This was the first time I've ever tried this. These tacos are very cilantro foward. If you're like me, where cilantro tastes like soap, I can tell you that these are delicious and don't taste like soap. The portion was small, in my opinion. I just wanted more! Esquites, which is their street corn, is very tasty, very creamy. The street tacos are very tiny. You can gobble them up in 1-2 bites. Fried ice cream is okay. Portion size is good for 2-3 to share. The banana loca is just amazing! I highly recommend this. It was just warm and flavorful, with a scoop of ice cream on top. It was perfect for my wife and I to share. Overall, I will be coming back here for more. On all visits, we spend an average of $70 for two of us. Food is really tasty. Just portion size could be better.

This is the best authentic Mexican food on the island. Very good food with amazing flavor!

Very pricey, mediocre, I ordered the chicken flauta. It's like eating dried chicken wrapped in fried tortillas. So you get a double dried mouth with noo flavor. Without the sauce it's horrible with the sauce its a little better. The beans came straight out of the can very watery not authentic at all. All short cutter. The rice no flavor just barely any color.... if you want a real authentic Mexican food go to kehaus kitchen near pearl ridge side or serges!!!! Thats the real deal Those prices are worth it!

Amazing. Reminded me of home. Street tacos on point. I've been to every Mexican joint on the island and this one takes the trophy. Go to Frida's. It's worth it. 10/10

Rico! Good food, great friendly service. Not too busy so you can get food pretty fast. I love the quesadillas, tacos and horchata!
