Beautiful lounge, great staff and great live music. The manager, Michael is always ready to teach every guest who adds the already wonderful experience. With Jeff and Cara blend magic, and Nicole always there to make sure you take care, you are sure to have a great night.

I had a wonderful experience in the Encore Harbor Lounge. The staff is top notch and made me welcome throughout my stay. Mike greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile when we came in. Cara was very friendly at the bar and makes an incredible cocktail. When I finally asked for a table, Nicole took care of our group and ensured that we were well looked after, she provided a wonderful service and I look forward to a new visit to the harbour lounge.

I loved the decor that it really felt stylish! Small lounge that feels intimate. The band was amazing!

My parents went and had a fantastic time. The K2 band was a pleasure for them and they cannot get enough. Always come for more when they play.

Harbor Lounge was awesome. It was nice to have a place to sit, have a snack and a glass of wine. The cheese plate we had was great as well as the wine. The piano player did an outstanding job and it added a nice touch to the evening. Our waitress Nicole was very pleasant, took excellent care of us and went out of her way to make our evening complete. The ambience of the lounge itself was very pleasant. We certainly will return there on our next visit to the Encore as well as recommend the Harbor Lounge to our friends.
