Parkside Pretzel - EUREKA SPRINGS

He was real rude and opened an hour late, somehow he was out of hotdogs 10 minutes after opening. He has anger issues. How is this store even open, fire this guy.

I don’t know how he’s still in business honestly! There’s plenty of other options downtown, I highly recommend going elsewhere. The second we walked into the door the owner was Very Rude for no reason! We had asked a simple question and he was so unnecessarily rude with his reply and was treating us as if we were stupid. We decided to go somewhere with a more friendly environment.

Waited for 40 mins in line and when I went to order the owner refused service because I asked for a hotdog instead of a pretzel dog. He told me doesn’t serve “entitled” customers. Super rude and do not recommend .

5/5 stars no question!!! Robert hand makes everything to order so it is fresh and delicious. The sauces he makes are amazing too. We were leaving to go back to our hometown and took our orders to-go and ate in our truck, well it was so good drove back there to get more!! Wish we lived closer. Robert is worth the hype.

To be fair he has a few signs posted to take no pictures, I had just walked from my Airbnb and was directed there for the closest place to find water. I didn’t see the signs because I wasn’t looking for them. Which again is my bad but this town is so cute so I’d been taking a lot of pictures! He saw me take my phone out and point at the Mickey Mouse wall and he waved his hand at me and just said “stop” and I didn’t really understand because he was mumbling to me. Just overall rude and then wouldn’t even look at me and if I would’ve got food probably would’ve refused to even sell me it. There’s just a better way to speak to people and treat people!
