Bidrage med feedbackThe foods are consistent overall, although prices have increased dramatically. A pick two shouldn't cost almost $20. This will affect future visits. Food: 4/5
We went through the drive-thru so that the atmosphere did not experience. It was a great meal. Panera bread is one of the most healthy places to eat. Food: 5/5
I'm so tired of coming here and being disappointed. You are ALWAYS from what you want!! The last FIVE times I have here for a breakfast soufflé they are out! 2 hours before breakfast is over!! If you know it is a popular product, MAKE MORE! You're always out of what sauce comes with the sandwich I order! I'm done with this place. Don't come here. There are better paneras in the area.
Panera cannot be thought that this is a suitable way to cut a bagel. I've been coming here for years, but in the last few months you've messed up every item and every single order. I will never come back
First time back at any Panera since the pandemic. Was attracted by the Spicy Dill Chip Chicken Sandwich (on the TV commercial) and the 2 month of Sips Club for free. I cannot begin to tell you, how disappointing is to see the ad on TV, which shows a very large chicken sandwich, covered with lots of dill chips... Only to get an average size chicken sandwich with four small dill chips on it, at a cost of $11.59. add to that, when it came out, the chicken was barely warm. Note: My wife also ordered a chicken sandwich, and hers came out hot... obviously some issues in the kitchen! I will say, however when I asked the manager for extra chips, they gave them to me, which was before I realize that my chicken was not hot... My receipt said if your order is not right, let us know and will fix it right away... So, maybe that 's somewhat my fault for not also mentioning the lukewarm sandwich. We signed up for the sips club, because it said in the first two months were free. However, we were billed $11.90 on our credit card and it covered only one month. After contacting customer service and them taking nearly a week to respond, they apologized and fix the issue... but rather than offering to credit the $11.90, they issued a $15 redeem credit for the restaurant. Apparently, you have to use at least $15, as I used less and the balance did not carryover! The sips club may be worth the value of $11.90, if you eat there, 2+ times a month, and/or use delivery, which apparently discounts your delivery charge. There were numerous kinds of lemonade, which were excellent, would give them five out of five for the lemonade! The interior was nice and clean and well-maintained. They have an area dedicated to working on your PC or phone while eating which appeared very nice. There are a number of specials listed, which seems to be reasonably priced. The three star rating is based on issues with customer service, and the lack of value, of the sandwich I bought. We will be back, if only to take advantage of the sips club , and to see if our experience is better, the next time!
