Bidrage med feedbackThali refers to the metal plate on which a thali meal can be served. Thali is popular in Punjab[2], Uttar Pradesh and other states in North India. The idea behind a Thali is to offer all 6 different flavors of sweet, salt, bitter, sour, astringent and spicy on a single dish (the last two are actually forms of chemesis instead of true flavors). According to the Indian food user, a correct meal should be a perfect balance of all these six flavors. Restaurants usually offer a selection of vegetarian or meat-based thyme. Vegetarian thalis are very typical and often in Tamil Nadu canteens (and South India and Southeast Asia in general), and are a popular lunch selection. The dishes served in a Thali vary from region to region in the Indian subcontinent and are usually served in small bowls, called katori in India. These catoris are placed along the edge of the round shell, the actual Thiali; sometimes a steel floor with several compartments is used. Typical dishes include rice, Dal, vegetables, Roti, Papad, Dahi (yogurt), small amounts of Chutney or Pickle and a sweet dish to round it off. [3][4] Rice or Roti is the usual main dish that takes the central part of the Thali, while secondary dishes such as vegetable curries and other abovementioned delicacies are lined circularly along the round Thiali. Depending on the restaurant or region, Thali consists of delicacies that can be found in this region. In general, a Thali begins with various types of bread such as Puris or Chapatis (Rotis) and various vegetarian specialties (currencies). In South India and Southeast Asia, however, rice is the only basic food with rose. Thalis is sometimes called by the regional characteristic of the dishes they contain. For example, one can encounter Nepalese thali, Rajasthani thali, Gujarati thali and Maharashtrian thali. In many parts of India and Nepal, bread and rice are not served together in the Thali. Typically, the bread is served first with rice, often in a separate bowl or bowl.

Home made like food is available in time. Good taste but some annoying noise was there of staff. Little discipline in recommended.
