Duoduo Rice Noodle - Essen

Rice noodle soup (of Yunnan style/ Sichuan sauerkraut is perfect! A bit challenging to those who are not used to the spicy food, but you can ask to make it less spicy. Red chili paste is homemade just fresh tasty. The size of rice noodle soup/fried ones is also right. If you are a lover of rice noodle, this is a Chinese restaurant in Essen that is worth a visit :

My friend had the spicy beef rice noodles and I had sauerkraut pork rice noodles. Both broths are very delicious. Although the ingredients are not really authentic, we enjoyed it very much. The restaurant is clean and bright. The food price is reasonable.

It’s just the same authentic taste I have back home. Been eating there for every meal during my short stay in Essen. I hope there could be chains opened in Berlin or Hamburg! The side dishes were all really good, love the pumpkin rice cakes

The food was great, presented very nicely. The service was very good as well and food came quickly. The bathroom is not very clean though, overall can recommend the restaurant strongly (especially the food)
