When we had finished eating and he cleared the table and saw that I had left minced meat behind, he pointed out that they are working against food waste! I explained again that the minced meat was too salty, I ate all the vegetables but surely I would have made myself sick eating too salty minced meat!? No more Gästgiveriet and surly unpleasant Restaurateurs who cannot realize that everything they serve is not great!

Excellent service mentality by the workers. Nice food. Will definitely come back.
