Hot Head Burritos - Erlanger

We had a little boy with us and he had so much money to spend ALL day and when it got time to stop at the restaurant he was .50 short He looked at me I ask where did you spend you money on he said candy. You then will have to pick something cheeper. He found what he wanted and when they rang him up one of the employees there payed for his meal. That was so kind. Worse staff I have ever experienced EVER! Rude and extremely unprofessional. Never open on time. Have horrible attitudes towards customers. Also seen an employee sitting on a counter that food could possibly be prepared on. And this is multiple times not just one visit. On top of all that my employer ordered lunch for my while work and not only did they not have it ready at the time it stated they refused to give a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.. Kid-friendliness: There is no friendless. You are treated as inconvenience if they are even open to serve you.
