This used to be the best arbys in erie...lately they've gone so downhill with the rest of erie. Rude service at the drive thru. Wrong food missing itens, and when i told the girl at the dt window, she gave me a cocky headbobble major attitude. Some people are not designed to work with the public. Smh. Hire better!
