The Secret Cafe Bar Restaurant - Epping

Had a table of 9 booked for tonight, turned up to find a sign saying closed due to staff shortages. A phone call would been nice! Frantically ringing around now to find somewhere that will accommodate us at this busy time of the year!

Honestly was very disappointing. We got to the restaurant, were sat down, were ready to order and then waited for twenty minutes to be served. The chefs were sitting there doing nothing and the waitress decided to wash the dishes at the bar instead of taking orders. We decided to leave since we took her washing dishes instead of serving people as a sign.

This place was by far the worst restaurant I’ve been too. The food was absolutely disgusting! That bad I chundered afterwards, I wouldn’t not recommend even thinking about going to this place. They serve better food in Bali

The food was absolutely terrible. The calamari looked like chicken and it was cold. Almost like it came out of freezer. Not fresh. It smelt and you couldn’t even eat it. My family got pasta and it was so sour. Couldn’t even eat it. The bruschetta was like a stone rock with lots of onion and hardly any tomatoes. Worst food I have ever eaten in my life. Would have made better food at home. What a waste of money. Wish we could get out money back for this terrible experience!

I love this restaurant, it's an amazing spot, the service was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and came out so quickly. I enjoyed my date night with my partner and will definitely go back again. Thank you!
