We went for a meal before a show. this place is so bad it was funny. we, along with many others, were drop ins. One barman met the queue...50% walked out because ordering was so slow.(but he thought he was the coolest barman on the planet! We ordered wine and pizza, which after 20mins was an accomplishment...now to wait for our meal! 2 people in the kitchen with NO idea! Slowly, meals appeared on the shelf outside of the kitchen.,,and stayed there...NO ONE was there to take them out!!! Eventually customers started helping themselves! It was hilarious! People queued to complain, get refunds (including us , walk out etc. If for some unknown reason you want to go to this place...hurry, because it will go broke and close soon. We have been to thousands of restaurants in many parts of the world....and finally, we have found the world's worst! can't comment on the food, it never came

Sunday afternoon and every surface is sticky. Beer taps were off and neither my steak nor my friends was cooked correctly not even close. Just dismal

We went to Gasolina last night and had a disappointing experience. The service was practically non-existent, with half of our food missing. After an hour of waiting and multiple reassurances that our food was on its way, we ultimately received a refund. The quality of the food was mediocre at best. It was a Saturday evening and there were eight of us. When we went to order at the bar, there was only one person taking orders and making drinks. In the kitchen, there were three people cooking and serving meals. After thirty minutes, six of our meals arrived, but we were told the other two would be coming soon. Despite multiple inquiries, the last two meals never arrived and customers who arrived after us were already being served. When we requested a refund, we were given excuses and told to wait in a long line. After twenty more minutes, we finally received our refund and left to find dinner elsewhere. Overall, our experience was disappointing and we will not be returning. We should have heeded the warning signs from their window display.
