Arby's - Enid

French Dip was delicious, as always. Got everything in my order, hot and fresh.

That is not a review of the chain or location, but the due attempt to join the burgermarkt. Don't do it. Don't try it again. I could have done better if I had gone to the primary school of my life and had lunch, and it would have cost me less than $12.00

Got the 2 for 6, a large curly fry, and a 4 pack mozzarella stick a large coke and 2 cups of cheddar. Was VERY disappointed. Both beef and cheddar sandwiches were burnt and the curly fries were hard and stale and the cheddar cups were cold. Only getting 2 stars because the drive thru girl was very nice. I had to throw away $20 in food because it was inedible. The only thing i could eat was the mozzarella sticks.

Rude staff. Cook was super nice but the man at the front counter today at 4pm was super rude. I went through the drive thru and was missing part of my order. I went inside to get the rest and he kept repeating over and over She SAID she didn't get the slider as if I was lying. The cook even admitted she did not make as many as the order said and apologized. Then I asked twice for condiments which he did not give me. He was very rude and I will not be going back.

I haven't had any issues in the drive-thru, but every time that I dine inside, I'm always treated as an inconvenience by extremely rude employees. That's unfortunate, as I really enjoy their food. Unfortunately, I'll no longer be visiting this location in the near future.
