Bidrage med feedbackI placed my order at around 5:45 PM, well before the typical dinner rush at 6:30-7 PM. I was told it would take 45 minutes for delivery. By 7:20 PM, over 1 hour and 30 minutes had passed and my food still had not arrived. I was very hungry, as I usually eat around 7 PM. I called the restaurant and was informed that the driver was on his way. He arrived about 10 minutes later, making me wait almost 1 hour and 40 minutes. I requested a menu and prices, as I had an old menu. The driver had forgotten the prices, but assured me that he would provide them with the bill. I paid £5 for 2 peri chicken pieces (one thigh and one breast) and £15.99 for a mixed grill and a sheek kebab starter, which took a long time to arrive.
I brought my mother and a friend to dine at this restaurant. I was impressed by the delicious fish dishes and friendly service. I must say, I truly enjoyed my experience here. I highly recommend giving this place a try at least once.
I attempted to order curry because I was hungry, but no one answered the phone after multiple tries. I am considering legal action. Also, the kebab poisoned my dog - I gave her the fish and she ran like Usain Bolt. You poisoned me! However, I must admit that your chips are quite delightful, I enjoy them very much. But seriously, please do not neglect customer service. I tried calling but no one picked up the phone. Too lazy to deliver the food, huh? Goodbye. My review is negative because your chicken curry is disgraceful.
I ordered at well before the usual rushof orders after was told it was for delivery. By over hour food hadn't arrived and I was feeling very hungry as I usually eat befoer so I called them and was told the drvier was on his way. He arrived about later so I waited almost I asked for a menu and receipt as I had an old menu and was told over the phone prices had gone up but the driver said he had forgot it and would whattaspp it to me later with the receipt. I was charged for peri chicken pieces (a thigh and a breast) and for a mixed grill and a sheek kebab starter which I made very clear where the starter long sheek kebabs approx in total, which I had ordered regularly before over the last years. In total my bill was which included to the driver albeit I know I should have had but these drivers don't make much money. No coke bottle was given despite the order being well over (all other take aways in the area provide this) but manager said he gave me a portion of rice for free but I have no idea if this true as I dont know the correct prices or have a receipt to add it. The order arrived without the sheek kebabs instead there was kebab roll with pieces covered in mayonnaise. There was no salad at all or onions in the mixed grill unlike over other times I had ordered. It was the smallest portion of mixed grill I had received in years and the most costly overall for what I got. I called the manager he apologized and despite my saying I would be happy to wait anytime till midnight for the delivery to pass by on at least occasions they said they were too busy today but would send the sheek kebabs tomorrow or Monday whenever I called. I called the next day and a different manger Numan said I had not insisted on the sheek kebabs being delivered onthe Satruday and that I would now have to place a new order for more food in order to get the sheek kebabs delivered. He said it was my mistake that I hadn't insisted even though I repeatedly told him I had asked for it to be delivered correctly on the Saturday. He was repeating what he said and accusing me of wanting free food (even though I had already for the sheek kebabs and not received them due to their mistake but he kep[t saying it was my mistake which made no sense) he was argumentative, rude, speaking over me, irrational and intentionally antagonizing me. He made no offer to reimburse me for the cost of the sheek kebabs and has retained my money.I feel I have also been overcharged for the chicken as I used to get a full baby chicken for for the past years and he charged me for pieces which weren't hot on arrival, and the mixed grill was not worth I've spent well over two thousands pounds with this restaurant and always tipped their drivers (so that's almost in the past but the way they have treated me for a few pounds for an order they got wrong has just left me dismayed. Quite clearly they have no concern over customer service, professional standards or doing the right thing even after being made aware of their mistakes, and instead irrational seek to blame this in on a customer for these reasons I intend to inform trading standards and others of this experience as this should not be acceptable behaviour or standard.
