Mcdonald's Restaurants - Enfield

I love this McDonalds becayse when i order it's usually so so warm and clearly freshly made unlike other Mcdonalds but they NEVER pick up the phone and when they do the customer service is pretty blunt and not chirpy.

We ordered a food and not everything arrived to us. It’s not the first time! We ordered by Uber eats

McDonald's always lives up to expectations. They maintain international quality standards, providing tasty burgers that never fail to please.

I’ve ordered thru Uber Eats that by the way doesn’t offer any customer support so I strongly recommend not to use! Deliveroo is much better in customer support ! lots of items where missing and of course you can’t solve it but they have charged you already…. So frustrating !!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic service .. .. ordered a takeaway and missed an entire item on the menu .. when we called redirected us to Uber eats phone line where staff told us they’d issued a refund and we queried what about our food? Someone is without good .. she answered that’s your choice .. this is shocking incompetence through and through and greed because the suggestion was to reorder and repay delivery. That is robbery .. never never go to chase side .. it should shut down .. the time we wasted on chasing this up .. disgusting
