Fresh Brothers Pizza Encino

We've eaten here more times when I care to admit this past year, and the food, service and staff were all stellar. Any person who works there is the commands, the goodness, the label? Seriously. I must assume that management and/or property has a hand, but this team deserves great credit.

UPDATE 13. July 2022: I took my pizza back yesterday and spoke to Mike the manager. He was very apologetic, fired a new pizza for me, and added the credit for the pizza, that the former employee said that he was in her system that was not registered as promised before. Not sure what happened the day before, but I'm glad to report that Mike treated the situation with first-rate customer service. New picture of my fresh pizza along with the updated review. JULY 12, 2022: I was excited to have the pizza of Fresh Brother since it was a while. Her pizza has always been fresh and tasteful. Ordnete Veggie with additional toppings. Was the wrong pizza handed over... cheese pizza without toppings. When I came home... 25 minutes away. They called them and they apologized and offered me a loan for another pizza on another day. I didn't want cheese pizza, so I went back 25 minutes to get the veggie pizza I originally ordered. I didn't think they would literally give me the same pizza that was sitting there since they gave me the wrong pizza. Drove 25 minutes to come home to put a soggy pizza on the paper that they put under the pizza with burned edges on the paper. They gave me the pizza I ordered 1.5 hours ago. I couldn't get a pane to get rid of the paper with the full crust under it, even after I used a spatula for release. A piece I ate because that was my dinner... the crust was stuck in the paper so I could only eat the toppings. Very disappointed about the results after $30.00. They should have fired a new pizza when I called her that she would take me there another 25 minutes. Everyone knows you don't complain about food because you never know who's in the kitchen, who's looking for revenge for a mistake they made. After 1.5 hours I didn't want to take it back last night. But they'll get their pizza back today after work.

I have the lunch combination. Good pizza, okay salad. Came around lunchtime, but was quite quiet, staff just kind of sat/stand there and watched.

So basically me and my friend went inside to use the bathroom and at first no one knew the code so we had to wait five minutes for that. And then we went inside we saw there was no soup so we asked and had to wait two minutes then when we went back inside the soap dispenser was not working for a little bit and then the hand dryer didn?t even dry our hands and it wasn?t working in the middle of us trying to use it and then one of the employees turn the light off on us. Pizza was alright i guess though. Also these men threw their tip jar at us, they screamed at us and we are 31. ALSO I SAID I WANTED SODA EVEN THOUGH I GOT A WATER CUP AND THEY REFUSED. And slammed the door on us.

Excellent pizza. I recommend Da Works, it has a little bit of everything and very tasty.
