Subway - ELLENBROOK

Went in today and it was around 11 am Music was so loud I was concerned they wouldn't hear my order Ordered a steak melt She added all salad when she asked me what I wanted and then forgot the meat and attempted to wrap it up , I was watching her disinterest while adding the salad so knew no meat had been added as it was still in the microwave and most probably the sandwich artist didn't hear the microwave ding over the music ... Not the best experience for a $9:40 lunch option .. I don't mind music at all but this sound level was rediculous maybe the workers should apply for work at night club so they can get into the music Grove ..

I stopped by for a late lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was busy, but the wait wasn't too bad. They were constantly baking fresh bread and refreshing the cold items, so everything tasted really fresh. The cold drinks were great and the freshly baked choc chip cookies were delicious. It's a great, healthy choice in an area filled with fast food options.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. They couldn't even properly assemble a salad or roll. They forgot to put cheese on the salads and didn't ask if we wanted sauce, salt, or pepper. They also ran out of carrots, which was the main ingredient my son wanted on his salad. There was no apology or offer to discount the price. To top it off, they didn't wrap the salad properly, causing it to fall apart in the bag. It's clear that the staff needs to be retrained in customer service, especially considering the high price of $10 for a salad.

I have never had a disappointing sandwich from Ellebrook Subway. The food is consistently tasty, and they also offer a great selection of drinks.

Very average. Bread was a bit overcooked however the service was excellent. Having older workers definitely is an asset
