Stagecoach - Elk Grove

I was so wonderfully surprised by this restaurant. The decor is very cozy sort of a country Western themed local diner. Service was warm, friendly, and efficient. The staff and customers all seemed really happy and comfortable. Locally owned too. Now for the food. As a mostly vegan, I figured I'd be stuck with hash browns and a fruit bowl, or have to make an exception for some eggs. Wow was I wrong! Sitting in the middle of the menu was a dedicated vegetarian/vegan menu! Vegan skillet! Veggie Benedict with vegan option! Vegan burger! Loaded french fries with vegan chipotle mayo! The food came out and it was all really delicious, fresh, and filling. Basically, Elk Grove is pretty tough for vegans at breakfast time. This place is a gem. Even better all the other meat eggs options looked delicious for any omnivores in your group.

I remember Stage Coach from years ago. I've been there 3 X's. Great place, great food, great service. They are quick. And chef cooks really good food!!

I haven’t seen that kind of genuine warm service in so many years! and had the most amazing steak and eggs ! Eggs Benedict absolutely perfect. But folks.. The PANCAKES. As Good as it gets. It’s been over 30 years plus since any breakfast place has scratched the surface. North Dakotans! know great food and service. Believe me.

This long-standing restaurant in Elk Grove is both delicious and amazing. They offer a variety of traditional diner food as well as fun weekend specials. I particularly enjoyed the chilaquiles and the Nutella cremes, which were tasty and well-prepared. Both locals and visitors should definitely check out this establishment!

The restaurant offers a specific menu for vegetarians, including vegan options. I ordered the vegetable potato bucket with tofu, without cheese, and it was delicious and satisfying. My wife tried the veggie benedict, which was also very good. They also have a vegan-friendly burger and loaded vegan fries with a vegan chipotle mayo. This is the only breakfast spot in Elk Grove that I've found with multiple delicious vegan options.
