Pizza Hut - Elizabeth

I never received my pizza, and when I tried to call back, they only answered the call briefly to say "pizza" before hanging up. I had no way to reach them again, and I still haven't received my pizza. They didn’t even offer a refund for the charge on my card.

I called in my order and spoke with Yusif, the manager. He was extremely helpful and made sure everything was correct with my order. I really appreciate his assistance. Despite it being a busy Friday, he handled everything calmly and efficiently. Thank you once again!

The marinara sauce on the pizzas was spread so thin that it was practically transparent, and one of the three pizzas in the box was burned. I had paid extra for cheese, but there was barely any on the pizza at all. It honestly looked like it had been made by children, and to top it off, the food was cold upon arrival. It seems that delivery suffers from a lack of care and quality compared to in-store pickups, yet we are paying the same price for both services!

Please do not buy from here, do not waste their money, that is the worst pizza place to pizza of, terrible customer service evil coworkers, pizza the administration of huts should be ashamed and much more, they should ban this place.

If you grew up in the five boroughs of NYC and know good pizza, Pizza Hut is not for you. Pizza Hut is for people that don't know real pizza.
