Wendy's - Elgin

Typically i love this wendys but they have gone down with customers service. They made us pull over to wait for fries assured us they were in there they were busy so we trusted them. Mistake got home no fries. Drove back only to receive cold fries. How are they cold when you allegedly just made hot fries? I get the pandemic workers im grateful they are working but having to drive back and forth no sorry no upgrade just cold fries not even fresh its disappointing. So we drove back gota refund. They are tired like i said it happens. The workers are always nice and we'll be back just one bad day.

My son sent it last Saturday as a good gift. the problem was the person delivered by the uber, did not ring the doorbell and I wait and waited and waited until I decided to open the door and noticed that it was right at the door. my son knows I'm a diabetist, and I told him to order a double cheeseburger with everything, but no bunny no fries, but I had a coat and wanted a cookie too. when I opened the bag, the frits are cold, the ice melted in the koks, and there was a bun, but no biscuits. I was very upset

I am very annoyed with this innocence, I work for door bag and I went to tell the undy’s drive thru, my order name and they told me to go into the second window and then, when I went into the second window, they told me to go back and I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes and my tordash customer was very upset and they gave me a bad check.

The manager is rude I won't ever got to this wendys ever again. She always has an attitude that gets me upset shes like she doesn't even care about the customer's

We have never had a bad time here. Always good food. When busy the orders are a little slower coming but worth the wait. The burgers are hot, juicy, and fresh, and I really enjoy them. Now if they would just start filling their fries to capacity, one of the employees was out shoveling the walk and took the time to visit with a customer and make sure they knew it was icy. Another employee delivered our order to the table and came back to see how we were doing. This was not your typical fast food experience. I was very impressed. I'd be a real happy costumer. I will be coming here core often because of the great customer service and food.
