Taylor Street Pizza - Elgin

Pizza is terrible and the customer service is even worse! I will never go there again in my life. I ordered one pizza and asked them to deliver it to our house and they literally asked me for my address 20 times... Even though I spelled out each letter 20times!! We finally gave up and said. Don't worry, we will come pick it up. To make things worse, when we got there 10 minslater, they hadn't even put the pizza in the oven. Even though we told him we are in a rush. Worst experience ever.

I mean it looks like a pizza. That's why I gave two stars. Tastes horrible. No good sauce, cheap cheese. I had to chew cheese like it was gam. Horrible. Sauce was tasteless. Probably worst pizza I have ever tasted. Over priced of course paying $8+ for2 slices. Like whats wrong with you guys. Disgrace of Pizza

I really liked that they used fresh jalapeños for my pizza but the crust wasn?t as crispy as I had hoped. The pizza was oily and the fries I ordered were super soggy too when I specifically asked for it extra crispy.

I've been working in the area for some time and always switched on for a piece of pizza. They always have discs ready and fresh. The staff is nice and helpful. Good location and easy to reach from anywhere in Elgin. Also has a good size dining area if you want to eat in the restaurant.

Nice that the pizza is good, the service is good. There are Halloween decoration, there is quite fast service Ngl. So it's probably five. It doesn't matter to me.
