Best Gino's in WV and their Philly cheeses are amazing

I called to put an order and was stopped, I was driving in her shop for 25 minutes while still in the hand and let her know I was in the hand and how long I was in the hand. They didn't even realize that I was there, finally got them to take my order and I didn't even get an apology, told them that I should get a discount and they haven't yet recognized or apologized. I'll never be stopped again. Very disappointed customer. Not even sure I would order from this store again.??

Didn't even say hello when we got in. Stood at the counter for ten minutes she was right in front of us and didn't say anything right with you. Finally, we checked and didn't even ask if we wanted drinks to tell her. Then we went and ate.

Gave me the totally wrong pizza, picked up banana pepper and ig i?ll treat the rest. It's also a mess. crust is SUPER thin and burned. bad pizza I had in years.

It?s not my favorite pizza, but their wings are awesome and their subs are great! They keep the place really clean as well, and that?s nice to see.
