Selland's Market-cafe El Dorado Hills

Dessert was awesome as well as the service. The atmosphere was very charming.

I'm always a little skeptical when a restaurant serves food cafeteria style, but Selland's does it well. Their salads are fresh and exactly what you want out of a salad and there is no shortage of menu options. We had the Sunday spaghetti bolognese yesterday which was decent. Not a huge spaghetti fan myself so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but I wouldn't order it again.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable. They accommodated our party's many allergies and dietary restrictions. Highly recommended

Pleasant café with bright and light environment, loud, as all their places seem to be, with trademark straightforward american style food offerings. Helpful and professional staff provide service at the counters. Read the wall-mounted menus and order at the counters. Take a number, find your own seating. On fine weather days, go outside to the patio where you can gaze upon the pretty man-made lake and, hopefully, some migrating birds. Stop on your way to Lake Tahoe or, as I did this time, drive up from Sacramento just for brunch or lunch.
