Panda Express - El Dorado Hills

Panda Express is one of the most greedy restaurant chains I can think of—possibly the worst. While prices continue to rise, the food containers have gotten smaller and shallower. The portion sizes are literally half of what they used to be. It's frustrating to see this happening on both fronts. I’ve had enough and won’t be returning as a customer.

If you're going to raise your prices, at least improve your service instead of letting it decline. When I visited at 2:00 PM on a Sunday, there was hardly any food available. More than half of the bowls were empty and not being refilled, and the ones that were available were barely half full. The portions they serve are ridiculously small; it’s like a joke rather than a proper serving. When I brought a plate home, my son even asked why there was only half the amount of food. That’s how small the portions looked. I will definitely not be returning to this location again.

I placed an order through the app for 4:30, but it was scheduled for 3:30 instead. I attempted to call seven times within 30 minutes but received no response.

A bit disturbed to be walking in about 20 minutes to closing to find 2 staff gathering food for themselves while people are in line to order, especially clearing out food item for themselves rather then for the customers as at this point options are limited. Also disgusted to see one of the workers continuing to prepare her food in the back and eating in the kitchen. Not very sanitary or professional. The rest of the employees were fine just the two mentioned above I found inappropriate. I generally love Panda Express however don't think I'd return to this location.

The worst Panda in town. The portion sizes are terrible and not what a true Panda is known for.
