Starbucks - Edmonton

The personal is quite nice at this place, we are often disappointed by the lack of customer service. this load makes our simple drinks often wrong. at our last visit our green tea wrap was made wrong again. when we finally said something this time, the personal said, we're sorry that we can't fix it and give it to another customer without charge. no offer to make it right for us again, no offer to do something about it.

Oh my goodness. I cannot believe the service I got from Tyra. Sometimes people won?t go above and beyond but she truly did. There are a few Starbucks I have been to where it feels just like an in and out experience. However, at Century Park Starbucks, Tyra took the time to make it feel welcoming and amazing. To top it off, she killed it on my order! Best tasting matcha I have ever had!

I visited on 6th April 2022. The place was very clean and organized. All staff and particularly that girl who offered me Strawberry Coconut Refreshment was awesome and polite too. Such a wonderful experience it was with Starbucks. Honestly, it's impossible to beat the taste of starbucks coffee..???
