Bidrage med feedbackIn the university district the high level diner is a must for breakfast, brunch or lunch. food from childhood in a home environment, makes it a must! everything is tasty and the famous cimtballs are one (to share).
I would like to give this old haunt a better review, but it consistently falls short in delivering exceptional meals. The food is good, occasionally even great, but the service is either outstanding or, as was the case today, disappointingly slow. The ambience remains unchanged at this longtime establishment. Those of us who have been loyal patrons for years find ourselves visiting less frequently and hoping for improvement.
Very popular diners whose acoladen are well deserved. very friendly service and eating comes very fast. eating is very tasty and if they want a cinnamon chicken, they will come early. great place.
To breakfast and it was delicious. the environment is outdated, but it is great. love this street and against the city. would like to come to eat again!
Our family stopped at this restaurant for Thanksgiving breakfast before going our separate ways. Due to Covid rules, we were seated at separate tables. The waitress took our order first, but then proceeded to take another table's order before our adjoining table. We received our food before the other party and finished eating before they even got theirs. It was poorly managed and she was aware our tables were together. The food was average. The homemade ketchup was very acidic. The breakfast hashbrowns and toast were dry. The cinnamon bun I ordered to go was pretty good. I plan to heat it up and add butter when I get home. Overall, nothing special about this restaurant and I would not eat here again.
